Return window
Unworn items in original condition with tags attached will be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items, and any bows or accessories that have had packaging opened, are final sale.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll get an exchange started as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
